Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Certification exam fees and course purchases are one-time payments. Exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has started. Course fees are refundable within 7 days if less than 25% completed.
Course content, exam questions, and materials are copyrighted by PromptMoat. Prompts and work you create remain yours. You may not redistribute course materials.
Certifications require passing the exam and meeting experience requirements. Certifications expire after 3 years and require continuing education credits to maintain.
Certified members agree to uphold the PromptMoat Code of Ethics. Violations may result in certification suspension or revocation.
PromptMoat is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that course content or certification will ensure specific outcomes in your work environment.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
